During this project we constructed three new detached houses in the village of Timsbury near Bath. The exterior of the dwellings were constructed using simulated cottage stone, the roofs were covered in natural slate and all windows and doors were timbers framed, to provide a countryside feel in keeping with their setting.
After the demolition of the old dwellings, three new cottages were built using natural Bath stone with timber sashed windows and a natural tiled roof, this ensured that their appearance complimented the surrounding Georgian and Victorian buildings that are so famous in the city of Bath.
Constructed using natural Bath stone that was quarried from a local quarry in Combe Down, this new house build in the village of Monkton Combe, near Bath was finished to a very high standard with clay roof tiles and timber windows.
Built using reconstructed cottage stone
under a tiled roof, this small development of 3 new houses had
wonderful countryside views across open fields. We also
landscaped the gardens to compliment the sloping position of the
site.
